Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders paid via bKash or Nagad are processed once payment has been verified by our team.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Dhaka and 3–7 business days for other districts across Bangladesh, depending on courier availability and local conditions. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery times may occasionally extend due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure the delivery address and phone number provided at checkout are accurate. If our courier is unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
